Bought a cheese regular slice . First bite of the tip of the slice was good but the remainder was lost in just cheese . No sauce , crust was sloppy no taste . I've had all the best pizzas in ny . But this was just a cheese and dough had to throw it out . Bad cheese quality at that . 711 pizza is better !
Chicken cutlet was undercooked or made yesterday and served today. Pizza wasn't good either. Nyc going downhill
Food is good, and portions are generous. If I will be in the surroundings again, I will surely consider visiting the place again.
First time having pizza there and it was excellent even though it did burn a little bit but that was because I asked for well done. This was really good pizza and the sauce is delicious. I did take away 1 star because my garlic sticks were burnt.the churros seem high 2 dollars for 1
Have been ordering from here for probably the last 10 or so years. Recently the quality of pizza has really gone down compared to what you can find closer towards Howard Beach. I assume a new guy answered the phone and decided to argue with me over delivering the same order I’ve had delivered three times in the past week, let alone the fact that I’m less than five minutes away, over the price not being too high. Kick rocks buddy, I’ve been waiting to switch to a better pizzeria. At least their speciality slices are still decent.
If there was 10 stars to give it would be this place. Diego and the entire staff is amazing and the food is delicious. We ordered from the Mother’s Day catering menu and I can say after ordering this year for this special occasion we will be doing this every year. The food was hot, portions were more than enough and everything tasted amazing. Thank you for making today special and we will be ordering again.
Visited on a recommendation from someone who has been coming here since he was a kid (and he's in his 50s now). This is a solid pizza joint, especially for its Sicilian-style pizza.The crust on the Sicilian was perfect. Thin and crispy just on the outside with a light and fluffy interior. There was the perfect amount of sauce and light cheese. (The sauce has a very deep tomato flavor. My preference is something a little sweeter, but it was still good!).I also ordered the spinach and ricotta slice. Not worth it. It was so bland and the crust so burnt, that I ended up throwing it away and ordering a Caesar salad slice instead. A much better swap, as the slice was loaded with all the Caesar salad goodness you expect (including plenty of chicken).My partner got the regular and pepperoni slices and said they were good (although he preferred the Sicilian too).As a bonus, the restaurant is kept clean and the employees were all really friendly and helpful. While I wouldn't go out of my way to return, if I were in the area, I'd definitely pick up a couple of slices.
Great food! Great service! Never have I been let down by this place! Authentic, warm and filling! Pizza is always on point! Calamari and baked ravioli specialties just spells why this place is a hidden diamond tucked on liberty avenue!
